Who runs this guide
Mount Batur Sunrise Hike (mountbatursunrisehike.top) is an independent guide to the Mount Batur sunrise hike. We research, write and publish what you read and point you to tours you can book. We do not run tours, sell tickets, collect payments or keep reservations.
Where a booking is made
Whatever you book after clicking one of our links is an agreement with GetYourGuide or the local operator, concluded on their site under their conditions. Tickets, the hike, payment, amendments, cancellations and refunds are their business.
How prices appear
Every price here is a starting price, in whole dollars and rounded to the nearest one. A price that a platform quotes in a different currency is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate, so ours is close but never exact. Only the price and the free dates the booking platform displays before you pay bind anyone.
How much to rely on what we publish
We check what we publish and name our sources. Who owns the texts
The texts, tools and design of this site are protected by copyright. You may read and print them for yourself and share a page by linking to it; anything beyond that needs our permission. Tour photographs belong to their providers.
Where our liability ends
Using this site costs nothing. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health. In every other case we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, and only up to the damage typically foreseeable.
Governing law and revisions
These terms fall under German law. A consumer living in another country keeps the compulsory consumer protection of that country. We may change the terms; the version that is online on the day of your visit applies.
